Delete my ASKSyb account

This page describes the official procedure to permanently delete your ASKSyb account, an application published by SAS LeadForge.

How to delete your account (in the app)

Open the ASKSyb app on your device and sign in.
Go to the My account menu.
Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete account option.
Confirm your choice: the deletion is instant and irreversible.

This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted: profile, tokens, reading and conversation history. You will be signed out.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Profile: Email address, first name (if provided), and preferences.
Activity: All reading and conversation history with the oracle.
Virtual items: Tokens and any associated progress.

Data retention

Once you confirm the deletion, your data is removed from our active databases. No recovery is possible. We may keep certain data only as required by law (e.g. invoicing) for the legally required period.
